EDR is a secure efficient way of retrieving your documents. Basically you request your documents and we scan them and place them on our secure encrypted website viewing area. You log in with your unique User Name and password and download the scanned documents. We then put the document back together and place them back in the box as if it had never left. We are able to give permissions to just view, to print or to save the document that you view. Read more

This part of the EDMS is designed for users to be able to send a secure message, it works similar to an email, you can type a message for Chandlers archives and then click “send message” this will encrypt all the text that has been added, Chandlers archives will receive an email asking them to log in, once Chandlers archives have logged in they will be able to see the encrypted confidential message.
