The new General Data Protection Regulations come into force on 25th May 2018 from this date Chandlers archives will have additional responsibilities on our customer’s data that we hold and process

The data we hold both in hard copy or electronically, will only be shared with the customer that gave us that data.

In the event of a disaster Chandlers archives have a plan in place to continue business where possible.
Chandlers archives will contact the relevant contract managers within 1 hour of a disaster.
Chandlers archives will provide the relevant contract managers details of the severity of the disaster and how it affects that particular customer. We will agree the appropriate actions to be taken.
The plan will be invoked once the approval has been given by the contracts manager.
